CPR CLANCY was founded by Katy O'Connell and Danielle Harris — combining decades of expertise across healthcare, education, and commercial development.

With more than 35 years of experience in healthcare and first aid training, Katy is a Registered Nurse, educator, and Registered Training Organisation Chief Executive Officer. After delivering and overseeing thousands of CPR and first aid courses, she identified the opportunity to improve realism, engagement, and effectiveness within traditional training manikins — and developed the vision for CPR CLANCY.
Danielle Harris CFO · Business Development & Strategy
Recognising the value of Katy's innovation, Danielle partnered to lead the commercial development of the product. With extensive experience in business development, branding, manufacturing, and strategic growth, Danielle played a key role in establishing CPR CLANCY as a patented, market-ready training platform — transforming a real-world training insight into a next-generation solution.
