Founded by Industry Experts

CPR CLANCY was founded by Katy O’Connell and Danielle Harris, combining decades of expertise across healthcare, education, and commercial development.

The concept for CPR CLANCY originated with Katy O’Connell, a Registered Nurse, educator, and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Chief Executive Officer with more than 35 years of experience in healthcare and first aid training. After delivering and overseeing thousands of CPR and first aid courses, Katy identified opportunities to improve realism, engagement, and effectiveness within traditional training manikins and developed the vision for a more effective training solution.

Recognising the value of this innovation, Danielle Harris partnered with Katy to support the commercial development of the product. With extensive experience in business development, branding, manufacturing, and strategic growth, Danielle played a key role in establishing CPR Clancy as a patented, market-ready training platform.

Together, they have transformed a real-world training insight into a next-generation CPR and first aid training solution designed to complement and enhance existing training programs used by educators, training organisations, and institutions worldwide.
