Backed by over 35 years at the frontlines of healthcare and first aid training, Katy O’Connell—Registered Nurse, educator, and RTO CEO has designed, developed, delivered and led thousands of CPR and first courses. Recognising critical gaps in traditional training equipment, she set out to elevate realism, engagement, and hands-on learner confidence, creating the vision that became CPR CLANCY®.
