CPR Clancy supports Guedel airway compatibility, allowing trainers to demonstrate airway placement and airway management in a realistic training environment.

CPR Clancy is designed for Bag-Valve-Mask ventilation with or without a Guedel airway in place with the manikin on their back, on their side and with their head tilted.
REMOVABLE NASAL
CAVITY “NASOPORT”.
The ability to create a realistic nasal discharge from the nasal receptacle “NasoPort” of Clancy allows trainers to simulate cerebrospinal fluid leakage for neurological emergency recognition. Students can learn to identify and treat suspected head injuries and epistaxis.
NEFFY™ ANAPHYLAXIS
TRAINING CAPABILITY.
Clancy’s nostrils have been specifically designed to accommodate the Neffy™ Spray — a new anaphylaxis training device. Trainers can demonstrate administration steps with correct depth and device placement.
SUCTION — YANKAUER
& Y-CATHETER FUNCTION.
Clancy’s single use disposable airway bags can be filled with simulated vomit or fluid to simulate how to correctly use a Yankauer sucker to clear the airway. CPR Clancy can be used with Y-suction catheters to demonstrate more advanced airway clearance techniques, helping students progress from basic to higher-level airway skills.
NASAL PRONG
APPLICATION.
CPR Clancy’s ear design and ability to sit up in a chair without assistance provides a secure anchor point for nasal prongs, ensuring stable and realistic placement during oxygen therapy demonstrations.
EYE IRRIGATION
ABILITY.
Clancy’s ability to turn the head to the side enables safe demonstration of eye-wash and irrigation techniques for foreign body or chemical exposure. Learners can practise water direction, flow, and patient head positioning using real fluids.
“OTOCAV” EAR
SIMULATION PORT.
The ear canal “OtoCav” allows both foreign body removal and cerebrospinal fluid, or CSF, discharge.
ASTHMA PUFFER
& SPACER COMPATIBILITY.
CPR Clancy has the ability to sit in a chair and the mouth is designed to accommodate an asthma puffer and spacer. The single-use hygiene bag system preserves a clean airway for each learner, supporting best-practice infection control.
DUAL CHEST OVERLAY
OPTIONS.
Realistic and inclusive training, CPR Clancy - KD2 features interchangeable chest attachments: a flat breasted model and a model with raised breasts. This enables accurate simulation of CPR compressions and AED pad placement across diverse anatomies, reflecting best-practice clinical expectations.
TRAUMA CAVITY
UPPER CHEST.
Upper torso cavity for chest seal application, wound stabilisation and bleeding control. Designed for stab, impalement or gunshot wounds, Clancy's cavity is designed to be filled with simulated blood placed in plastic bags for training.
LOWER ABDOMINAL
CAVITY TRAUMA WOUNDS.
Clancy's lower torso cavity is designed to simulate penetrating trauma, stab or gunshot wounds. It can also be used to simulate packing for other life threatening bleeds. The cavity is used with simulated blood and can hold a fake knife or penetrating object.
REMOVAL, SOFT & HARD
COLLAR & SPINAL TRAINING.
Clancy’s unique patented head-turning mechanism, combined with the integrated torso structure, enables safe spinal alignment training. CPR Clancy gives you the ability to perform realistic motorcycle and bicycle helmet-removal with cervical stabilisation. Clancy’s neck can be stabilised using either a soft collar or a short rigid cervical collar application training.
“VENTILFLOW” SINGLE USE
HYGIENE BAG SYSTEM.
Clancy’s user-friendly disposable internal hygiene bag system called “VentilFlow” ensures a clean, contamination-free airway pathway for every learner. This design upholds strict infection-control standards while enabling rapid student changeover, improving training efficiency and maintaining clinical realism without cross-contamination.
ADULT, CHILD,
LOCK MODE & COMPACT TRANSPORT.
Clancy’s innovative adjustable back-lock mechanism gives you adult, child, and lock mode for compact transport. Clancy's lightweight compactable 3.5 kg build, including dual chest overlays, sits inside the torso storage compartment with back-dial locking system. This mechanism prevents the head, neck, face, and stored components from being crushed in transit.
