WHY CHOOSE CPR CLANCY?

PATENTED HEAD-TURN, TWIST. TILT

CPR Clancy sets a new global benchmark with its patented, world-first head turn, twist, and tilt mechanism, delivering truly lifelike cervical movement and airway positioning.

GUEDEL AIRWAY COMPATIBILITY

CPR Clancy is purpose-built for correct insertion of an oropharyngeal (Guedel) airway, allowing trainers to demonstrate accurate insertion technique.

BVM VENTILATION READY

CPR Clancy is designed for Bag-Valve-Mask ventilation with or without a Guedel airway in place with the manikin on their back, on their side and with their head tilted.

REMOVABLE NASAL CAVITY INSERT FOR INTRANASAL MIDAZOLAM ATOMISATION

A unique and innovative  solution for intranasal training. CPR Clancy’s removable nasal receptacle is engineered to capture up to 3ml of atomiser fluid during practice, keeping sessions clean, hygienic, and realistic.

NEFFY™ ANAPHYLAXIS TRAINING CAPABILITY

Clancy’s nostrils are designed to accommodate the Training device for the NEW TGA approved  Neffy™-style intranasal anaphylaxis inhaler.  Trainers can demonstrate administration steps with correct depth and device placement.

SUCTION TRAINING PORT (YANKAUER)

Clancy’s single use disposable airway bags can be filled with simulated vomit or fluid to simulate how to correctly use and Yankauer sucker to clear the airway.

Y-CATHETER SUCTION FUNCTION

CPR Clancy can be used with Y-suction catheters to demonstrate more advanced airway clearance techniques, helping students progress from basic to higher-level airway skills.

OXYGEN THERAPY - NASAL PRONG APPLICATION

CPR Clancy’s ear design and ability to sit up in a chair without assistance,  provides a secure anchor point for nasal prongs, ensuring stable and realistic placement during oxygen therapy demonstrations.

CSF LEAK SIMULATION

The ability to create a realistic nasal discharge from the nasal receptacle of Clancy  allows trainers to simulate cerebrospinal fluid leakage for neurological emergency recognition. Students can learn to identify and treat suspected head injuries with a CSF leak.

EYE IRRIGATION TRAINING PORT

Clancy’s ability to turn the head to the side enables safe demonstration of eye-wash and irrigation techniques for foreign body or chemical exposure. Learners can practise water direction, flow, and patient head positioning using real fluids.

EAR SIMULATION PORT

The ear canal port allows trainers to simulate both foreign body incidents and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) discharge. This unique design is easy to clean and gives students the ability to flush out foreign bodies and how to deal with a suspected CSF leak from the ear

ASTHMA PUFFER & SPACER COMPATIBILITY

CPR Clancy has the ability to sit in a chair and the mouth is designed to accommodate an asthma puffer and spacer. The single-use hygiene bag system preserves a clean airway for each learner, supporting best-practice infection control.

DUAL CHEST OVERLAY OPTIONS (BREASTED & STANDARD)

Realistic and inclusive training, CPR Clancy features interchangeable chest attachments: a flat-chested model and a model with larger breasts. This enables accurate simulation of CPR compressions and AED pad placement across diverse anatomies, reflecting best-practice clinical expectations.

WOUND PACKING & TRAUMA CAVITIES

Upper and lower torso cavities allow trainers to simulate penetrating trauma, such as stab or gunshot wounds, providing a realistic surface for wound-packing demonstrations and haemorrhage-control techniques. Clancy has This feature helps learners develop confidence and competence in managing life-threatening bleeding during penetrating trauma scenarios and the difference between treating the upper and lower chest.

CHEST SEAL APPLICATION SURFACE

CPR Clancy’s upper-torso bullet wound feature enables realistic chest-seal application to prevent the development of tension pneumothorax. This supports high-level trauma training focused on rapid recognition, immediate intervention, and effective haemorrhage and airway management under pressure.

LOG ROLL CAPABILITY

Clancy’s unique patented head-turning mechanism, combined with the integrated torso structure, enables safe log-roll demonstrations with proper spinal alignment. Students can practise multi-rescuer coordination, airway checks, and patient reassessment throughout movement, reinforcing best-practice trauma management and spinal precautions.

HELMET-REMOVAL TRAINING

Unique to Clancy is the ability to perform realistic motorcycle and bicycle helmet-removal demonstrations with proper cervical stabilisation. This feature allows learners to practise controlled, team-based techniques that protect both the airway and cervical spine.

SOFT & HARD COLLAR APPLICATION

Clancy’s neck can be stabilised using either a soft collar or a short rigid cervical collar, allowing trainers to teach immobilisation movement precautions during suspected spinal injury

SINGLE USE HYGIENE BAG SYSTEM

Clancy’s user-friendly disposable internal hygiene bag system ensures a clean, contamination-free airway pathway for every learner. This design upholds strict infection-control standards while enabling rapid student changeover, improving training efficiency and maintaining clinical realism without cross-contamination.

ADJUSTABLE BLOCK-LOCK SYSTEM (ADULT/CHILD/TRANSPORT MODE)

Clancy’s innovative adjustable back-lock mechanism delivers true multi-scenario flexibility—shifting seamlessly between adult, child, and compact transport configurations. Trainers can adapt instantly to changing learning needs and create realistic scenario variations.

COMPACT TRANSPORT & STORAGE DESIGN

Clancy’s back-care–conscious design features a lightweight compactable 3.5 kg build and a protective torso storage compartment with a secure back-dial locking system. This mechanism prevents the head, neck, face, and stored components from being crushed in transit, delivering peace of mind and safer handling. Portable, compact, and spine-friendly, Clancy makes transport and setup effortless while protecting both the manikin and the trainer.
